Teesside Parmo


I came across this dish on Sam The Cooking Guy's youtube channel.  I never heard of this, but there was no way I could pass up trying it.  Fried chicken, creamy bechamel, and melted cheese. It's perfect!⁠  I followed Sam's recipe except for using two chicken breasts instead of one large, pan-frying instead of a deep fryer, and no egg on top.
