Pretzel Bun Grown-Up Grilled Cheese & Tomato Bisque
Here is how it went:
Make a quick aioli spread. In a bowl combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 minced garlic clove, and a splash of olive oil. Mix well.
Half the pretzel bun. Spread the aioli on the inside top and bottom of the bun. Build the sandwich with slices of cheddar cheese, gruyere cheese., precooked bacon, fresh tomato, and yellow American cheese on top. (I used Archer Farms Pretzel Buns)
Place the completed sandwich in a 400-degree air fryer for about 5 minutes until the bun toasts and cheese turns gooey. Magic!
I paired the grilled cheese with Amy's Kitchen Chunky Tomato Bisque.
