Cod, Shrimp & Couscous with Garlic Wine Sauce


The Couscous:⁠  Boxed plain couscous cooked per the instructions on the packaging.  Once finished I mixed in olive oil, adobo seasoning, and oregano. 

The Garlic Wine Sauce:⁠ 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 tbs chopped onion, 1/3 cup butter, 1/2 while wine all in a small saucepan.  Bring to a low simmer for about 10 minutes while occasionally stirring.  Pinch of salt and pepper.

The Shrimp: I cheated.  My shrimp was already cooked.  I added them to the simmering sauce to warm them up.

The Cod:⁠ Codfish on a baking sheet.  Coated with olive oil and seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.  Baked 375 degrees over for about 20 minutes until flaky.
