Italian Meatballs

My classic meatball recipe.




1 lb lean ground beef or meatloaf mix
½ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup milk 
½ tsp each salt & pepper
1 tsp each onion & garlic powder
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, finely chopped
1 egg


Heat oven to 400°f

In a large bowl mix all ingredients. 

Shape into 1.5-inch balls. 

Place each ball 1 inch apart on a foiled pan with cooking spray oil

Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes or until temperature reaches 160°f
