Basil Pesto Sauce

 

This Pesto Sauce is great over many things.  I love it over pasta & chicken, and even stuffed in mushrooms!

In a food processor chop:

·        2 garlic gloves (peeled)

·        1/4 cup walnut or pine nut

 

Add in and chop/mix:

·        2 cups basil leaves

·        1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

·        1/2 cup oil oil
