Italian Brasciole
Step one - Mix the stuffing ingredients.⠀
2 chopped cloves of garlic⠀
2 tbs parsley⠀
1 tsp onion powder⠀
1/2 cup parmesan cheese⠀
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella⠀
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs⠀

Use 1 to 1.25 lbs of thin top round steak (or flank
steak)⠀
Place the steaks on a flat surface and cut into 4
rollable sections.⠀Spread a thin layer of olive oil on the meat⠀
Season with salt and pepper⠀
Cover the steaks with the stuffing mixture⠀
Roll the steaks and tie tightly with butcher's string⠀
In a pan over medium-high heat. Brown the rolls all over (about 3 minutes per side)⠀
Usually, I make homemade gravy but it was a weekday and I was tired. Victoria brand sauces are the only store-bought ones I will use. For this, I used the Low Sodium Marinana @victoriasauce. Bring 24oz of sauce to a simmer in a pot. Add the Brasciole and let simmer over low heat for about 60 minutes or until the meat is tender enough to pierce with a fork. (Stir occasionally) Remove Brasciole from the pot and plate. Serve with your favorite pasta or vegetables and smother everything with the flavor infused tomato sauce.⠀
