Apple Cider Donut Bread Pudding
In a medium saucepan over low heat melt 1/4 cup of butter into 2 cups of milk. In a sperate bowl beat 2 eggs with 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 cup sugar.
In a larger bowl break apart 5 standard-sized apple cider
donuts. Break them into bite-size chunks, not small crumbs. Add the beaten eggs
and lightly toss to coat. Next, pour in the milk and gently mix to coat and
moisten the donuts chunks
Pure the mixture into a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted towards the center comes out clean
